If you need Stripe billing or US VC capital
Stripe, Wise, and Mercury do not support NPR business accounts. NRB controls FX repatriation. For global card acquiring and US VC, incorporate the billing entity in Delaware or Singapore and operate Nepal as a subsidiary.
If foreign capital is below NPR 50 million
FITTA 2075 sets a NPR 50 million minimum for foreign investors (roughly USD 375,000). Below that threshold a Nepali resident shareholder structure or a domestic operating partner is required.
