Finland's Osakeyhtiö (Oy) has no minimum capital (the previous EUR 2,500 requirement was abolished in July 2019). PRH handles registration in roughly 5 to 14 days via YTJ, English language banking is solid at Nordea, OP, and Holvi, and the EU passport is full from day one. 80+ DTAs and EU PSD give clean repatriation.
Cleantech, energy, and circular economy teams
Finland leads on circular economy (Sitra framework), bio products (Stora Enso, UPM, Metsä), and small modular reactor research (Fortum, VTT). Business Finland and Climate Fund Finland co invest in cleantech pilots, and the Finnish R&D incremental allowance gives an additional 50% deduction on qualifying R&D cost above prior year baseline.
