Estonian CIT, Polish version
Opt in to the Polish Estonian CIT model and corporate tax is deferred entirely until profits are distributed. Combined dividend plus CIT rate runs 20 to 25% only when cash leaves the company.
Small CIT at 9%
Companies under EUR 2M annual revenue pay 9% CIT on operating income, one of the lowest small company rates in the EU. Standard CIT is 19%, with a 92-country treaty network behind it.
